  Sharon Woodward Writer, Director, Producer and Editor   Sharon is an award-winning filmmaker with over three decades of experience in the industry. Her journey began in television in 1984 with Channel 4’s youth series Turn It Up, and later she honed her craft at Newport Film School and the National Film and Television School. Throughout her career, Sharon has worked across various sectors, including charities, corporate organisations, and educational institutions, with a particular passion for social history and archaeology. From 2003 to 2010, she specialised in media projects that empowered young people with physical and learning disabilities, using film as a tool for storytelling and advocacy. Sharon continued her work as a freelancer until 2018, when she joined Oxford City Council as a filmmaker within the Communications Team.
